Peebles Corner Engagement

The former Walnut Hills Kroger grocery store site at 954 E. McMillan has been purchased by The Model Group, in partnership with the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation. The over three-acre site will soon be cleared for a multi-phase, mixed-use and mixed-income development. The redevelopment of the site will bring a mix of uses to the Peeble’s Corner district that will continue to shape the story of Walnut Hills.

Due to the site’s size, location and former use it is critical that the development team engages a broad base of residents, business owners, visitors and other stakeholders about the future of the site.

We want to know how you envision the personality of the site and how the future development will interact with, fit into and connect with the community; with a particular emphasis on outdoor space, retail and housing.
